📅 Data Retention
- Your data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Upon account deletion request, all personal and health data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymized aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes (no personal identifiers).

What items are returnable?
Items returned within 30 days, in original, unused, undamaged condition, and in original packaging are eligible.
How do I return a product?
Contact us via email to initiate a return. We will provide the necessary return instructions.
What is the warranty policy?
Activate your warranty for 12-month coverage. If not activated, a default 1-month warranty applies from the shipping date.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
