Refund policy
- What items are returnable?Items returned within 30 days in original, unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging are eligible.
- How do I return a product?Contact us via email to initiate a return. We will provide the necessary return instructions.
- What is the warranty policy?Activate your warranty for 12-month coverage. If not activated, a default 1-month warranty applies from the shipping date.
- How are refunds processed?Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any product purchased from the website will void any and all warranty coverage.
Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 3 business days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. osprey.life does not guarantee same-day shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Order Status
osprey.life will keep you informed of your order status via email. All tracking information will be emailed to your osprey.life account once your order has shipped (except when an APO/FPO/DPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on the website.

Cancel Orders
osprey.life does not accept order cancellations. All orders are final and not eligible for cancellation.
