How to Delete Your Osprey Ring Account
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request account deletion using any of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Osprey Ring app
- Go to the Me tab
- Tap App Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Contact Us by Email
Send an email to support@osprey.life with:
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Account information (email, name, profile details)
- All health data (heart rate, SpO2, temperature, blood pressure, sleep, steps)
- Device pairing information
- App preferences and settings
Data Retention
- All personal and health data is deleted within 30 days of your request
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained

What items are returnable?
Items returned within 30 days, in original, unused, undamaged condition, and in original packaging are eligible.
How do I return a product?
Contact us via email to initiate a return. We will provide the necessary return instructions.
What is the warranty policy?
Activate your warranty for 12-month coverage. If not activated, a default 1-month warranty applies from the shipping date.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
